I’m sorry we will not be able to attend this momentous occasion. Your agenda sounds like a real fun time. Especially, Lady Gaugh Gaugh. We wouldn’t be invited to dinner,anyway, since we sent no gifts. Hope everyone that shows up,( I hope someone shows up) has a really great time and brings lots of gifts. My uncle Giuseppe just called from Sinalunga very excited to learn you were returning to Italy. As you know I have just returned from a recent vist. He is making special arrangements to assure that you and your guests are treated like fellow Italians, as he is well aware that Jews love Italian food. I will not require a reservation as I will be staying with my uncle.
